Resolve the journey before writing the code.

Design gives your project a shared direction. We work from your audience, content and key tasks, then develop layouts and interaction states that can be reviewed before implementation. The scope determines whether you need a small website design, an application flow or a wider set of reusable components.

Your written proposal defines the final deliverables, review rounds, schedule and exclusions.

    What your project can include.

Use this as a starting point for your brief. The final scope is tailored to your project.

    Design brief
An agreed audience, project goal, required screens and visual references.
    Structure and flows
A page hierarchy or user journey showing how visitors move towards the main action.
    Wireframes
Early layouts for reviewing information order and functionality before visual detail.
    Visual interface design
Layouts that bring together typography, colour, spacing, imagery and your supplied branding.
    Responsive and interaction states
The viewport sizes and component states defined in your design scope. Prototyping is included where agreed.
    Developer handover
The agreed design files and supporting notes, with a clear boundary between design deliverables and implementation.

    Choose the approach that fits.

The best option depends on what you need to manage, the features you require and the ongoing costs you are comfortable with.

A shared process makes decisions easier. Your proposal sets the actual milestones and delivery dates; the quote estimator provides a planning range of up to 12 weeks.

    Discuss your requirements
    1. Brief & scope

Discuss your audience, requirements, budget and target date. Agree deliverables, exclusions, costs and payment terms in writing.

    2. Structure & design

Review the page or screen structure and visual direction. Gather the content, product data and access needed for the agreed scope.

    3. Build & connect

Develop the approved layouts and agreed functionality. Integrations and backend work follow the written feature list.

    4. Review & test

Check the main user journeys, mobile layouts and relevant error states. Collect feedback against the agreed scope before approval.

    5. Launch & handover

Agree the deployment steps, relevant account access and handover. Optional ongoing care is documented separately.

    Before you get started.

A few practical answers to help you plan the next step.

Is development included in UI/UX design pricing?

No. Design pricing covers the agreed design outputs. Website or application development is quoted separately unless the proposal explicitly combines them.

    How many revisions are included?

The proposal defines review rounds and approval points. We collect feedback at those stages; additional screens or a new design direction can change the scope.

Tell us what you need to build.

Start with your goals, a rough scope and a budget. We can work through the platform and payment options together.
